Cylinders

Schrader Duncan offers a complete range of cylinders from 32 mm to 100 mm bore dia, with radically different looks. These are tie rodless cylinders and they derive their sleek looks by virtue of using square aluminium tube. These VDMA cylinders are the state-of-the-art technology products that meet VDMA 254562 and ISO 6431 standards specifications. The square aluminium tubes are robust, hard anodised and super finished for smooth piston movement. Piston rods are of stainless steel to prevent rusting. Polyurethane rod seals are used for their excellent wear resistance properties. The cylinders have adjustable cushioning arrangement for the end user to suit their application. A complete range of mountings is available, including double trunnion mounting, single trunnion mounting, front plate mounting, rear plate mounting, leg mounting, hinge mounting, etc. Cylinders are also offered with reed switches, rod eye end, fork attachment, etc. Reed switches can be inserted at any position without dismantling the cylinder, and they sit flush with tube. Besides these double ended cylinders, single acting cylinders and custom built cylinders can be made as per users’ requirement. The company also offers a full range of compact cylinders.
