The construction of cyclodial gear meshed with pin wheel conforms to standard, with features of big ratio, high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, long life, little breakdown, strong ability against impact and so on, widely applicable to industries like ceramic, drink, food, textile, mineral and metallurgical, lifting and transportation, printing and dying, etc. Principle: Cycloidal pin wheel reducer is made up from three parts in structure: input part, reducer part and output part. Reducer input device includes two roll bearings fixed on two eccentric knots which indicate 180 degree. The centre holes of two cycloidal wheels are the roll bearings’ outer path; cycloidal wheels tooth with the pin gears of pin wheel and it forms one tooth different joggle inner reduce device. When input shaft drives eccentric knots, as pins of pin wheel have restricted cyclodial wheel's run rotation and revolution on the same plane at the same time, the input shaft and eccentric knots rotate one circle. The cycloidal wheels run over single gear right about, by pegs inside wheels, which is one part of output device. The cycloidal wheel's low speed rotating is transferred to output shaft, so lower speed output will be realized.
