Cutmac Industries offers Cutting Dies and Corrugated Boxes. Packaging gets equal importance in any industry just like the quality of the product for even if the product is good, it will not sell without good packaging. The company is engaged in manufacturing high precision cutting dies for packaging, printing, entertainment, automobile, industrial, leather, garments and textiles. It also manufactures corrugated boxes using 3, 5 and 7 plies. Cutmac Industries is a 4-year old company situated in the heart of Ambattur, the industrial hub of Chennai. All of “Cutmac” machineries are imported. The raw materials for all dies include plywood, coated and uncoated in18/15/12 and 9 mm. The cutting and creasing rules can be made for long and short runs. The company can also provide special rules and hole punches for both side cutting and single edge cutting. Special spring eject punches can be provided in the dies and hand punches are also made to suit user specific requirements. Dies can be made for the smallest carton box and to a maximum bed size of 66” x 46”. The company caters to the majority of the printing and packaging industry’s requirements in Chennai. It also undertakes outstation jobs and the dies will be duly packed and sent by courier. The soft copy of the drawing of the die has to be sent in advance. Corrugated boxes can be manufactured for a maximum punching bed size of 35” x 45”. Corrugated boxes of universal sizes for pizza, paint, oil, etc., and carton boxes for shoes, medicines, chocolates, gift boxes, etc., can be made.
