Currency Checking Machine

New Vijay Trading House manufactures UV light based instruments and inspection equipment, Dusk 2 Dawn. This is based on conventional fluorescent lamps and state-of-the-art UV LEDs for non destructive testing of currency notes, hardened springs, UV curing of adhesives, UV light radiation based chemical synthesis, dis-infection of hospital wards, etc. The company undertakes customisation to meet the customers’ requirements; it has the necessary in-house testing facility to validate frequency emission and power output of the UV radiation. It manufactures a Currency Checking Machine to check the security marks and water marks and make fail proof validation all types of currencies. The UV lamp radiates light at 375 nM, which is the approved frequency for checking the security marks of all RBI notes, in denominations of Rs 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000. The lamps are run by high frequency electronic ballast, which is guaranteed for 1 year against any manufacturing defect. These ballasts operate from 110 V AC to 275 V AC. This currency checking machine is approved by PSUs and private sector banks.
