CROSS ROLLER CAGES

Mumbai-based Drupe Engineering has developed indigenously designed cross roller cages. These cages are very widely used in cross roller bearings/guides. Precision rollers are staggered at right angles. The roller pitch interval is short and roller number is large, the rigidity is doubled and life is increased 6 times. These high rigidity cages are made of steel/copper alloy and are specially designed to prevent rollers from falling out in any direction. Drupe"s cages can be used with cross roller bearings for measuring equipments, PCB drilling machines. EDM machines, automatic lathes, tool grinders, X-ray equipments, profile optical projectors SPMs and X-Y tables, etc. The company offers cages with imported or indigenous precision rollers from R 3 x 3, 4 x 4, 6 x 6, 9 x 9 and 12 x 12, 18 x 1 8 and other sizes upon request.
