CORONA SURFACE TREATING EQUIPMENT

Jay Corporation offers Corona Surface Treating Equipment, Model Sectu-2001-S24. This treatment device is a necessary process before printing and coating. This machine transmits signals to electrode through high frequency power supply to create a special kind of electric arc and chemical modification to the film to accept bonding of printing/coating. This machine is easily installed and operated without influencing production speed. Features: eliminates interference of waves with TV receiver and radio receiver; all high tension output devices are enclosed inside, so there is no personal risk; system allows to adopt different electrode combinations to meet various discharge areas; silicon rubber sleeve used to protect the roller bar; EHT without oil - no need of oil; and most efficient transformer with high frequency air cooled EHT-ferrite transformer has been used. Technical specifications: Model Sectu-2001-S24: maximum treating width - 24", input -220 V single 0phase. Model Sectu-2001 S30: maximum treating width - 30", input - 220 V single phase; Model Sectu-2001 S40: maximum treating width - 40", input - 415 V three phase; and Model Sectu-2001 S60 - maximum treating width - 60"; input - 415 V three phase. Frequency adjustable: 0-40 KHz.
