Coolant recovery system

NCS Associates offers Insta Pure coolant recovery system for treatment and reuse of emulsion coolant. This reduces the coolant purchase costs by 85%. The various contaminants encountered during the operation are removed by coalescing, filtering and bacterial disinfection. The system consists of: tramp oil remover for removing tramp oil; SS filter for removing suspended solids; and cartridge filter and activated carbon filter to remove microscopic droplets. The coolant is then refreshed by passing through the bacterial disinfection unit. The entire system is compact, modular in concept and operator friendly. It is offered in various portable models from 10 LPH to 500 LPH. The company also offers tailor made systems as per customer specifications.
