Continuous screen changers

Continuous screen changers are used for processing of thermoplastics in extruders. Accessories: special adaptors for die and barrel side as per specifications; hand trolley for mounting the screen changer; spare screen packs and heaters; hydraulic/pneumatic actuation if required. Application and use: it is used to filter plastic material to prevent the damage of the die and barrel and increase the life. Filter mesh can be changed without stopping the extruder line; without stopping the production of the line, i.e., increase the production. Advantages: absolutely eliminated leakage problem; absolutely eliminated idle time; maximum utilisation of plant; elimination of material scraps (due to non stop work of line).
