Containment System, BCK

The Bohle Containment System BCK consists of an active and passive valve section, which independently seals two units – for instance, a docking station and a container. The system is designed to be suitable for operation in areas where the Occupational Exposure Level (OEL) is limited and high containment operations are essential. The complete system is designed according to GMP standards. Operation in explosion proof areas is possible. The only utility required for operation is compressed air. Active and passive sections are held together by vacuum, which provides a safe and reliable locking system. For cleaning the active section, a mobile cleaning unit can be provided. The passive section can be cleaned in a container washing station. A fully operational containment system is available for tests at the Bohle service centre.
