Containment System

The Bohle containment System BCS 2.5 is a simple and effective unit for discharging tablets from a compression machine under containment. The active part is mounted at the compression machine and the passive part is mounted at the de-duster or sampling unit. The undocked passive part is closed with a sealed disk. After docking the active part moves this sealed disk upwards. The active and passive disks are connected by Vacuum. The complete system is designed according GMP standards. Operation in explosion proof areas is possible. The positioning of the active and passive valve section during the docking procedure is done by a Tri-Clamp ring, which has to be opened and closed manually.
