The system specially developed for con rod autograding with PC based SPC networking with minimum time of cycle with grade marking. It checks diameter, oval and grading of the component and shows present and past grading on LED. Also data collects for the total shift, as number of components checked, OK components, not OK components and grading wise data on LCD window.
