Materials: grade of steel – CK-45/AISI CI050, AISI CI060, AISI 4340 (SAE); straightness – 0.1/1000 mm; surface roughness – 0.2 Ra; surface hardness – 200-220BHN; sizes – dia 12 mm to 25 mm, lengt h 3000 mm, dia 28 mm to 110 mm, length 6000 mm; and all materials are ultrasonically/chemically tested before use. These shafts are in ready-to-use condition. No further processing steps like turning, grinding and polishing are required. Threads and slotting if required are provided as per drawings.
