Dee Tee Industries manufactures cold rolling mill rolls and other custom built tools. Dee Tee rolls for 4 Hi and 2 Hi mills are best suited for rolling silicon steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The company also manufactures all types of pinch pass rolls, leveller rolls, straightening rolls, etc. The manufacturing range is up to a maximum of 725 mm dia and 3500 mm length. Dee Tee has specialised in manufacture of sendzimir mill rolls. These rolls are manufactured out of D2 and specially developed alloy steel called SPZ and are hardened to suit the specific application. The company has most modern heat treatment facilities such as induction hardening which ensures right amount of hardness depth and toughness to ensure better life. Rolls are tested for magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, die penetration testing etc. depending upon application.
