ALMA Motors is a MG Group company, and engaged in the manufacture of coach/bus body. A modern coach/bus manufacturing entity with a modern manufacturing infrastructure at Belgaum in Karnataka, ALMA Motors caters to the requirements of various OEs like Ashok Leyland and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles for their local as well as international requirements. The company also caters to the requirements of Mahindra commercial vehicle business by building bus bodies. With high emphasis on quality, fit-finish and high build standards, the manufacturing infrastructure comprises a setup where bodies are fabricated using in-house designed jigs and fixtures for greater dimensional accuracy and precision. The body splits are first fabricated on jigs/fixtures, and combined before mounting on the chassis for further process like panelling, trimming and painting.
