Chemicals Spray Metalising

Progressive Chemical Corporation has developed a chemical spray metallising process to provide metalising in a simple way without any major investment. This is a via media between galvanising and high vacuum procedures. This process finds application in many industries and can be applied to nearly every metal. Areas of application include: glass industry, automobile interiors, interior decoration, shop window display, and manufacturers of picture and mirror frames, lamps, toys, writing instruments, etc. Nearly all materials can be metallised by this process: plastic, glass, ceramic, porcelain, wood, metal, etc. Apart from silver, gold and copper, a great variety of transparent and oxidised effects can be achieved. The equipment includes: a spray cabin with exhaust and drainage; compressor; special spray guns; oven with circulating hot air; and demineralised water preparation. The procedure involves undercoat, chemical metallisation and top coat.
