Chassis Long Member/Rail

Raj Group of companies is a leading manufacturer in special purpose machines (SPMs), industrial automation products, linear and rotary motion modules (gantry), welding fixtures and press brake tools, etc. In its competency in offering integrated solutions to the hole making operations on the long member/rails for the chassis, the company has successfully designed, manufactured and commissioned a seven CNC multi-spindle 32 m bed machine tool. The next generation of fully integrated systems comprising of high-speed CNC punching and robotic laser/plasma cutting is ready for launch: frame and stiffener rails have cutouts (round, square or rectangular holes) located in one, two or all three sides. The cutouts are used either to attach other assemblies, including cross-frames, or to route utilities for the vehicle, such as fuel hoses, electrical cables, hydraulic lines, etc. Frame and stiffener rails vary in length from 2.5 to 12 m, and weigh 90 to 400 kg each. A successful solution is critical to handle this extreme range, especially with little or no time allowed for changeover.
