Carboys, Wide Mouth

Mitsu Chem, an ISO 9001 certified company, is leading manufacturer of a wide range of products in blow moulding, injection moulding and also customised moulding (combination of processes), catering to specific customer needs. The company offers a range of Wide Mouth Carboys available in mouth width of 6”, 8” and 10” and capacity 20, 30 and 50 ltr. All the input raw materials such as HDPE, HMHDPE, master batches, are tested on the Melt Flow Indexer (ASTM D-1238) per lot/batch number prior to issue for production. Thus, all the materials are controlled in-house and kept in records. The company has installed a state-of-the-art unique automatic drop tester to drop the containers filled with water for testing from any height and angle as required. Other tests facilities are: hydrostatic, pneumatic, pin hole, stacking, closure leakage, handle strength, wall thickness and print adhesion testing.
