CAPACITOR DISCHARGE STUD WELDERS

Artech Welders offers Capacitor Discharge Stud Welders. Features: uniformly high welding quality; applicable to different materials; no re-working necessary on the other side of the weld; no additional material necessary, such as flux, inert gas rings; eliminations of different operations such as drilling and riveting, etc; and no leakage even when welding on to containers. Basic specifications: welding range - M3-M8 or diameter 3-8 mm with stainless steel, aluminium and brass; welding method - tip ignition; standard pistol - mechanical positioning; power source - capacitor battery; charging capacity - 66.000µF; charging voltage - 50-200 V infinitely variable; welding time - 0.001-0.003 sec; welding sequence - up to 10 studs/min depending on stud diameter; power supply - 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase; welding cable - 3 m highly flexible; ground cable - 2 x 3 m highly flexible; dimensions - 300 x 120 x 320 mm (W x H x D); and weight - 20 kg.
