BOWL FEEDERS

Dynamic Engineering Company manufactures Bowl Feeder. It is used for automated assemblies, testing, printing and packaging and in mass production. These units provide desired orientation of components in line feeding at very high feed rate, without any manual contact. These feeders can handle components made of metal, rubber, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc, without causing any damage to them. The printing inks on the components remain intact while feeing. The bowl fixed on the top of the vibrator unit gets the required vibration resulting in movement of the components in the bowl. The bowl is provided with a track going upward, in such a manner that the parts while moving up get the desired orientation. The feed rate can be controlled for the required level by a regulator provided in the control panel. The bowl can be made of mild steel, non magnetic stainless steel or aluminium in casting fabrication. The bowl feeders are available from 150 to 1500 mm dia or more.
