Blow Nozzles

GIPL offers air amplifying compressed air saving blow guns and nozzles, which are handy, low cost air amplifiers. Air amplifying blow guns and nozzles consume very little compressed air to deliver high volumes of blow air. Air is amplified using "Coanda Effect". Blow and thrust of blown air can be infinitely controllable by regulating pressure. Real blow nozzles are economical and efficient way to reduce air consumption of compressed air up to 1/25th. These can be fitted on existing set-up without any modification. These can be mounted as well as used as handy blow guns. They are safe as they meet COSHH dead end pressure limits. eX Blow Gun is the ideal blow off product, where wide low penetrating, high volume blow is required. So if one runs short of compressed air for blow off application, it is easy install Real Blow nozzles instead of conventional open pipes or copper tube. These are available in economical aluminium and robust stainless steel construction. While taking of advantages of an ex-blow gun, one small thing is to be kept in mind that is its low penetrating wide blow. It may face trouble cleaning stubborn dirt particles from "difficult to clean" areas like narrow comers or deep grooves. Ex-blow gun is good where low penetrating wider blow of air is required.
