Bellows

Pemco bellows are used universally to protect guide ways of machining equipments, measuring equipments, handling equipments and industrial robots, machining centers and heavy duty machines from dust, dirt, chips, coolants, cutting oils fluids and stray sparks. Additionally, bellows protect operators from accidental contact with moving machine parts. It also gives an aesthetic view to the machine. These are economical & cost effective and are manufactured from time tested synthetic material, which have proved their mettle in actual operating conditions over a decade. They are long lasting and coated with polyurethane to achieve 100% waterproof. They are deckel (coated with polyurethane) high tensile synthetic fabric on both sides. This can withstand the temperature up to 3500° C. These are available in different shapes & sizes to suit applications with matching mounting options. The range of products also includes custom built covers (telescopic covers), guide way wiper, rollaway covers, apron covers, cable drag chain etc.
