Bamboo Processing & Wood Working Machines

Arihant Engineering manufactures a wide range of Bamboo Processing and Wood Working Machines. The range includes: cross cutting, external/internal knot flattening, parallel/chain/hydraulic splitter, straight slicing, flattening and square/round stick making machines both electrically driven and manual. Each of these machines is fitted with safety guards and waste collecting system to address the health, safety and environment concerns. The company also manufactures vacuum impregnating plant for chemical treatment and seasoning of bamboos and its components. The tungsten carbide tipped circular cutters and tools, which are critical components of these machines, are manufactured in-house, rendering capability to fine finish and provide desired cutting accuracy to these machines. The machine shop is equipped with CNC machines and various sophisticated universal milling, copy turning, broaching, lathe machines with multi tasking heads. Recently the company has also added carbonising plant, dryer, mitre cutting machines (multi axis), drum sander, blade stick making machines, etc., enlarging the range of its machines to include banana fibre extraction machine, DD saw machine, round turning machine and hydraulic press. To facilitate working of these machines at remote villages, where electricity is not available or is scarce, the company has also started to manufacture all the machines, which can be manually operated in absence of electricity.
