Heat Plast International offers Automatic Welding Machines, Forplast - P. It is suitable for heavy duty welding. It is used for fabrication of 20/ 40 mm overlap welds and for welding-on 40/ 50 mm tapes and webbings. Its temperature range is 20 degree C - 700 degree C and recommended welding speeds are: Tarpaulins : 6-8 m/ min (20-26 ft/ min); Webbing tapes : 3-4 m/ min (10-13 ft/ min); Lattice foils : 10-12 m/ min (33-40 ft/ min). Features: Three point surface contact to ensure pressure and reliable welds; Machine is automatically immobilized by disengaging the welding head; Welding of coated tarpaulins, foils with or without re-inforcement and membrane liners, homogeneous or coated from PVC-P, PE, ECB, EPDM for biotopes, swimming pools, inflatable boats etc. Travel speed : 19 m/ min (62 ft/ min), Power : 3300 watts, Volts : 230 V.
