Flexi Manufacturing Solutions offers Automatic Screw Feeders for assembly applications of screws from M1 to M5 size. Cycle time of the assembly operation is reduced by almost eliminating the screw pick and location time done manually by the operator. Industries like automobiles, electronic, solar industry, etc., having the screw tightening operation can use the product to get the benefit. It has changeable/adjustable rails to feed screws from M1 to M5 at various speeds. Different types of screw heads can be fed using this feeder. The automatic screw feeder operates electrically with the power supply of 12 V DC (The transformer is connected to the device to convert 230 V AC supply into 12V DC). The screws are fed to the chamber and are made to rotate by the motor while the same are oriented with the help of vibrator inside before feeding to the rail towards screwdriver guide path. From the path the operator can pick the screw with the help of screwdriver fit with magnetised bit. Ordering Part No. FA001 with adjustable speed and scope of supply includes transformer, hexagonal spanner, screw operation blade, rail of jig pieces (to adjust the rail of any screw between the range of M1 to M5) and operating manual.
