Automatic Cooling Bed

Presenting automatic cooling bed, which cools the material as well as cross transfer towards the discharge end. In order to ensure quality, They follow international standards to manufacture the products. Cooling beds naturally cool the material as well as cross transfer towards the discharge end.

The types available are:

• Simple manual handled cooling bed with 'W' Channel, Stationary Platform and run out of table
• Automatic rake type cooling bed which transfer the material by one pitch for every rake movement
• These are provided with twin channel bar delievery system or run in table with apron type divertes
• The bed is provided with bar aligning arrangement
• Simple rope skid/chain skid type cooling beds for sections
• Turn-over cooling bed for alloy steel which rotates the bars by one revolutions every time the rake moves by a pitch
• These imparts superior straightness in material, improvised metallurgical properties as the bars are uniformity cooled
