The Trumatic 500 FMC from Trumpf enables low-cost, just-in-time, start-to-finish processing of simple and complex workpieces. It comes with automation components that are precisely suited to customers' individual requirements, opening up the way to unmanned second and third shifts. These components enable compact system solutions composed of a sheet metal handling system for sheet loading and unloading and sheet skeleton retrieval, a tool magazine with 40 storage places, a program-controlled sorting device for ordered stacking of workpieces, and a storage system for integrated sheet storage. The turnkey start-to-finish solutions include programming and control technology software.
