Auto De Blistering Machine

Design Centre offers Mac auto de blistering machine, Model 2400. It is designed and built to recover products like capsules, tablets, caplets, etc, from rejected blister packs. Rotary die punch mechanism is employed on this state-of-the-art machine. All the rejected blister packs are to be dumped into the adjustable magazine of the machine with blisters facing down. When the magazine is full the machine is switched on and the machine picks up the blisters pack one by one, carries it between two drums, punches out the product to a chute from where it is collected neatly in a product container without causing any damage to the product. The waste is also collected in the belly of the machine from where it can be collected at the end of the shift and disposed off. The de blistered product is put back into the packing machine hopper avoiding any carry forward or crushing etc. The recovery is 100% and nothing is lost along with the waste. The total operation is done in the enclosure of the machine making the operation absolutely safe and very operator friendly. It is an excellent machine for combi packs as they can be fed into the magazine without breaking them onto constituent strips. However if one desires to de blister a single strip of the combi pack it can be done by adjusting the magazine for it can. All the change parts and the body of the machine are made of stainless steel. Excellent engineering has gone into the making of these machines.
