Flexi Manufacturing Solutions offers a wide range of Assembly Line Solutions from individual manual assembly station to fully automatic assembly line with conveyors. These lines are custom designed to assemble a complete product with automatic/semi automatic loading and unloading. The lines are ergonomically designed with proper balancing. Pick light/bin system and production monitoring system are also available as standard option. The company was started by a group of engineers with a vision of providing quality automation/assembly solutions for Indian industry. It has in the past successfully developed and commissioned many systems for many MNCs and renowned business groups in the auto component industry, rubber industry, solar industry and plastics moulding industry. It provides aluminium profiles and accessories, assembly tables, conveyors, trolleys and electrical height adjustable tables as per the customers’ requirement.
