Industrial & Commercial Enterprises (INCOME) offers the Macofar VF 12 Aseptic Liquid Filler, manufactured by the Romaco Group, Germany, a leading global supplier of processing and packaging equipment. This conforms to the rigorous requirements of the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations for filling sterile pharmaceutical liquids or lyophilised products into vials. The liquid filler’s slim design achieves an excellent sterility assurance level (SAL) and maximum product quality. Laminar flow prevents turbulent air movements in the vicinity of the open vials. This compact machine is optionally available with a RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) or with isolator technology. It is fully accessible via the “white” (cleanroom) and “grey” (technical) areas. Servo-controlled drives enable highly accurate, reproducible processes. The Macofar VF aseptic liquid filler boasts a maximum output of 12,000 vials an hour, depending on the filling volume.
