Apron Feeders

Simplicity Projects manufacture apron feeders for heavy duty applications where large lumps, heavy impacts, high abrasion, high temperature and large capacities are involved. These feeders have different designs such as outboard rollers, underboard rollers, roller chain, deep pan integral side skirt, stationary skirt, horizontal/inclined single chain, double chain, triple chain and multiple chains. Chains and sprockets are of consistent quality steel and heat treated. The unit is designed to ensure continuous dependable service and to control feed rate to the required precision by varying material bed depth and speed. Areas of application include: limestone, coal, iron ore, stones/rocks, salt, clay, minerals, etc. The feeders are manufactured in capacities up to 1,000 tonnes/hr, capable of working under dropper having capacity up to 300 tonnes.
