Schematic Engineering Industries offers API and Dispensing Isolator. This Negative Pressure Isolator Design OEL level 0.5µgm/m³. Isolator having three chamber. One for Drum loading, One main chamber, one pass box. Drum charging in to chamber by Drum loader. In main chamber, drum open through spigot (between drum Loading & main chamber) and dispensing , Sampling & weighing operation carry out. After weighing operation material pass through the pass box. Isolator operating by electrical & PLC Controls. Isolator having pneumatic & system Interlock like ( Containment breach, Air in Rush, Door lock, Exhaust filter block).
