Anti Vibration Mounts

CORI Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001: 2008 company offers a wide range of Anti Vibration Mounts marketed in the brand name Corirubber. The range includes: Sandwich Mounts - available in two different sizes, smaller size with stud on one side, the other without, and can withstand loads up to 1000 kg in compression and up to 200 kg in shear; Housed Sandwich Mounts - a mount for isolating vibration from diesel generators, compressors, screens, blowers and other medium to heavy machines, load range 500 kg to 1600 kg; Cylindrical Stud Mounts - low cost, easy to install either in compression or in shear, load range 4 kg to 2500 kg; Cylindrical Stud-Female Mounts - similar to cylindrical stud mounts but come with stud on one end and threaded insert on the other or threaded inserts at both ends, load range 10 kg to 2500 kg; Flush Type Elliptical Mounts - with threaded inserts at the top and have an elliptical base with metal reinforcement, load range up to 1000 kg; Control Panel Mounts - similar to cylindrical mountings except for the concave rubber profile which permits greater deflection for a given load and used to protect sensitive electrical/electronic instruments/fittings from low frequency external vibrations; Cross Rib Mounting Pad - used for sound suppression and are laid directly under the machines; Large Deflection Mounts - provide large deflections, high load capacity and a long service life; and Machine Mounts - absorb shocks and impacts from punching machines and presses, also the horizontal forces from injection moulding machines and shaping machines. Lathes, grinding machines and other precision machines are protected from external shock loads and vibration. The company belongs to the IGP Group based in Chennai, established 50 years ago.
