Airstroke actuators/springs are direct replacement to conventional pneumatic/ hydraulic cylinders with same force capabilities that are as high as up to 10000 pounds and stroke up to 14”. The initial cost advantage is many times greater than conventional pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders. Airstroke actuators have no internal rod, piston or movable parts as do in conventional actuators and hence no influence of dirt or grit in the supply line. Airstoke response times will be greater than the conventional since there or no sliding seals or friction causing elements. An airstroke actuator can do it's job either by gas or liquid. Airstroke possesses a unique stroking through an arc without clevis and angular motion up to 30°. It has multi convolution design to make them compact.
