Air Classifiers

Laxmi En-Fab manufactures Air Classifiers. It enables grinding, classifying and conveying in one operation. These are ideal for minerals, chemical products, dyestuff, pigments colours, fertilisers, metal separation, insecticides/ pesticides, etc. Features: particle size is finer and more uniform than that obtained from machines using screen; no dusting from feeding hopper because feeding is done under negative pressure; less dusting on output side because of use of cyclone separators; it runs at low speed compared to machines using screen, hence much less maintenance; and easy to clean and wash. The equipment is manually fed as normal practice. However, it can be supplied with automatic feeding also. It uses air-classification, which does not require screen. Air classifiers are available six models, ranging in production capacity from 40 to 800 kg/hr.
