AC Axial Fans

ebm NADI International offers AC axial fans. These fans have least power consumption blowing at free air. As the back pressure increases, the power consumption increases. Impellers designs: a) S-Range: individual sickle blades made of sheet steel are welded onto the rotor of the external rotor motor and are dynamically balanced in two planes according to DIN ISO 1940. As of size 450 and motor size 094, screwed aluminium blades are mounted. b) K-Range: impellers are injection moulded of high quality plastic. A metal ring is moulded in to the hub area so that the impeller can be press-fitted onto the rotor and dynamically balanced in two planes according to DIN ISO 1940. c) A-Range: impellers of galvanised sheet steel, punched from one piece; blades are stamped with an eyelet in the middle of the hub. They are press-fitted onto the rotor of the external rotor motor. The unit is dynamically balanced in two planes according to DIN ISO 1940. The combination of impeller and external-rotor motor provides an optimal aerodynamic solution in each range.
