- This system is designed for volumes above 3 to 300 liters
- The in-situ sterilisation of all components, piping, filters, valves and seals can be done manually or automatically using this system
- The fermenter/bioreactor is used for various applications like biopharma, food, alage, beverage, textile, bio fermenter, microbial cell culture, anaerobic, etc.
- Computer compatible control system available on request; jacketed pressure vessel made of stainless steel with standard ports; audio visual annunciation system is provided to track parameter set point failures
- Double mechanical shaft seal with steam condensate; circulation ensures long life; controlled parameter – agitation, aeration, temperature, pH, O2, total bio mass and pCO2, pressure and level as an option.
