High Fines Recovery Dual Sand Washers

    • It consists of underflow rubber lined slurry pumps, rubber lined hydrocyclones and a self-regulating cyclone tank; it also has a high frequency dewatering screen fitted with polyurethane modular mats and a maximum recovery of material above 75 ?m (200 mesh).
    • The product is used to remove silt, slimes and clays below 75 ?m (200 mesh) and it also removes water following dewatering operation to 10-15 per cent of residual water content.
    • It causes major reduction in saleable material discharging to the pond, thus reducing pond maintenance; It is heavy-duty, robust and ideal for rugged operating environments.
    • These sand washers are low on maintenance; all wear areas are rubber lined, come with walkway and access ladder, and need very less time to assemble.
