Vertical Autoclaves

Eie Instruments offers Vertical Autoclave, Model 801. This is a fully automatic unit. This consists of stainless steel chamber, fly screw, cross pin, die pressed lid and argon welded internal joints. Specially designed industrial grade energy efficient heaters reduce the heater wattage and hence power bills by about 30%. Supply 240 V A C 50 HZ, single phase. Standard accessories: heater cover, digital timer, digital temperature indicator cum preset controller and miniature circuit breaker. Once the water is filled, the material is loaded the lid is tightened the timer is set and power is switched on the process is fully automatic to the end. The preset temperature (121'deg C) is attained. After attaining the set temperature, the countdown of the timer starts. During this period the controller maintains the temperature (pressure) by switching off/on heaters. This saves precious energy and hence money. After the preset time, there is an audio alarm, the solenoid valve opened to exhaust the pressure, and the system switched off. Size of working chamber rating: 30 X 50 2.0 KW; 35 X 55 3.0 KW; 45 X 60 4.0 KW; 55 X 75 6.0 KW.
