The company is engaged in manufacturing an extensive range of high quality semi-finished copper and copper alloy products (rods, tubes, bus bars, strips, plates, wires, pipes, sheet and circles) for a wide range of engineering industries. The company offers a range of Bus Bar/Strips, Flats and Wires. Copper flats and strips: width – 6 to 225 mm, thickness – 0.5 to 50 mm, available in straight lengths/coils. Copper flats: width – 200 to 500 mm, thickness – 3 to 30 mm, available in hacksaw cut and shearing cut. Copper braided strips: 10 to 200 mm width – 1 to 25 mm thickness, copper twisted wire rope – 2 to 80 mm dia, copper braided wire rope – 2 to 80 mm dia, and copper wires – outer diameter (0.2 to 6 mm), available in coils. Tin plated bus bars: these are manufactured as per international standards such as JIS, DIN, BS and ASTM. Process: in-house tin-plating controlled by computerised system, the purity of coating material – tin anode, 99.5 Percentage up 3, 5 or 10 microns and as per customer’s requirement up to 50 microns, and mill test certificate – adhesion test, tin thickness test.
