Suspension Magnets are extensively used in numerous industries extracting tramp-iron to protect expensive equipment, preventing breakdown and loss of production. These magnets are employed for extracting tramp-iron from materials which do not react to magnetic field such as slag, coal, gypsum rock, sand, rubber, fine chemicals etc. The trapped iron can be easily discharged by swiging the magnet clear off the conveyor and switching off the power.
