Magnetic Drum

Elektromag offers Magnetic Drum. Magnetic Drum Separators are essential in every processing industry and are widely used for the separation of iron contamination from minerals, chemicals, food, flour, sugar, grains, plastics, sand, cement, fertilizers, rock, borings and many other gravity or conveyor transported products. The Drum Type Separators can be either permanent magnetic or electro magnetic, depending on the nature of the application. Permanent Magnetic Drums may use either Ceramic magnets for low intensity applications or Rare Earth Magnets for medium intensity applications. Permanent Magnetic Drums are usually made in the diameter range of 300mm to 900mm and widths up to 3000mm. Electro Magnetic Drums are supplied for a larger and more heavy duty applications typically in slag recycling or auto recycling industries
