Everest Engineers offers Bullet Magnet. Everest Bullet Magnet (Pipe Magnet) protect processing equipment and product purity by capturing tramp metal particles and ferrous impurities in vertical flow systems and also in pneumatic line systems. The magnet body is aerodynamically shaped with a solid stainless steel cone shaped nose and a cylindrical magnet body. The design of the magnet body is such that it is able to maintain a balanced flow and uniform velocity of material through the system. The Bullet Magnet is provided with suitable flanges that enable it to be easily installed in various pipes and chutes. The magnet body is manufactured typically with 3 inch or 4 inch diameter. The Bullet Magnet can be offered using High Power Rare Earth Magnets or with Strontium Ferrite magnets.The device is provided with a hinged door that can be pulled open for cleaning of the trapped ferrous impurities captured on the magnet body.
