Permag Products Private Limited offers Deep Reach Magnets. Deep-reach separators use a plate-magnet-style circuit but incorporate it into a vertical chute. Two large magnet assemblies are affixed to opposite sides of a stainless-steel chute and attract ferrous contamination as material flows by the chute. The magnetic circuit is designed for an exceptionally deep reach into the product flow, which makes these separators effective at removing large, chunky tramp metal. It works well when sticky products do not readily flow down sloped chutes. It is ideal for use in powdery, lumpy or moist materials when large tramp metal like nuts or bolts threaten production or product purity.
