Wedge Mounts

Dynemech Systems offers Wedge Mounts, Series DFP. These are ideally suitable for precision levelling and vibration reduction of modern machine tools. These are having an adjusting bolt, which moves the centre wedge between top and bottom stationery wedges to provide levelling. These provide fast and easy installation, flexible shop floor plan, enhanced component finish/part tolerance, extended tool and machinery life, improved health protection, better structural safety. These are assembled with insulation plates, for vibration reduction. These insulation plates are made of composite material at varying composition give different natural frequencies to provide vibration damping solutions to all types of industrial machines. These insulation plates are resistant to water, almost all the coolants, chemicals, fuels, lubricating oils used in the modern machine shops. These plates will not deform plastically, if the weight of machine does not exceed maximum load value of the insulation plates. These are having a height of 100/150 mm at mean position to help proper cleaning and repairing under the machine as per TPM norms. Applications: power presses, CNC turning/machining centres, cylindrical and centreless grinding machines, pressure die casting machines, plastic injection moulding machines, and all precision machine tools/measuring machines. Model Series DFP is also offered.
