Universal Joints / Cardan Shafts

Popularly known as universal joints, ball joints or Cardan shafts – these are all metal couplings with up to 45 degree C working angles.
These joints are used in packaging, printing, automation and machine tools. There are 4 models available. Model AL is for light duty applications and Model A for powered areas, with a hardened bush of alloy steel and capacity to retain grease for lubrication purposes (which increases the life of these joints). Both AL & A are suitable for speeds of up to 800 rpm. Model V is designed for speeds of up to 4000 rpm and is fitted with needle bearings on all sides.
The company offers extendable type, quick release, and male pin for these 3 models. SS construction, blackening and electro-nickel coating are also available. Bore range is from 6mm to 50mm and can be supplied with key, square/hexagon or threaded bores – as per the clients' requirements.
