Ultra Unit Vice

The Ultra Unit Vice is useful for holding purpose on drilling machines and CNC machines. Construction features: made from alloy steel; hardness 60 ±2 Rc; suitable ferrous and non ferrous material; all jaws are adjustable; multiple vice can be used for small parts grinding and milling; hardened and precision ground; multiple parallel vice for small parts grinding, milling and EDM operation; since stoppers are provided, multiple works can be accurately positioned. The jaw can be easily removed from the main body so that sludge cleaning can be easily done. It is made from high quality alloy steel and has hardness of 55 ±2 Rc. Stainless steel vices are available on request. All products undergo stringent checks which are closely monitored by experienced quality analysts. The company has complete testing facilities for checking the quality of the products. It has an in-house design unit with CAD and CAM facilities for better design and development.
