Avon Seals offers Thrust Pad. This is a carbon thrust pad assembly for submersible pumps. This ensures maximum load bearing capacity and minimum friction of the pad faces, thereby increasing the energy efficiency and reliability of the submersible pumps. This pad helps the pumps to start at very low voltages. Both tilting type and fixed type segment versions for the full range of 3" to 8" dia submersible pumps as well as for open well pumps are available. The use of investment cast and forged SS400 series components ensures rust-free operation and long life for the carbon thrust pad assemblies. The company also offers mechanical seals for water pumps.
