TAPER ANGLE HEAD, 45°

Hold Well Industrial Co of Taiwan offers a range of accessories for milling machine centres. The 45° taper angle head comes with the following specifications: gear ratio - 1:1; concentricity - 0.002 mm; material - FCD 60~FCD 65; and speed - max 6000 RPM. These series can be applied to horizontal, vertical machining centres, and milling machines. The bearings used are P4 class, made in Germany. The tensile strength is 60~65 kg/cm2. Splash coolant through body is directed at cutting action. Cutting direction can easily be set by indicating the datum face.
