Sine Table

Combining robustness with precision, Jyothi sine table Type JST-45 is indispensable both to a tool room and inspection department where precision angular measurement is called for. It is built to withstand all normal machining strains of surface grinders, jig borers, light milling, drilling and engraving machines, in addition to inspection and setting out work. The base and table are made of high duty close grain cast iron, with Brinnel hardness of 180 and above, hand scraped to fine tolerances. The gauging surfaces are made of tool steel, hardened and ground. The working area can be oriented through various angles up to 45° with slip gauges. Specifications: table size – (L) 250 mm x (W) 185 mm; overall height – 95 mm; centre distance between rollers – 150 mm; number of T-slots – 2, size – 12H7; centre distance between T slots – 100 mm; and approximate weight – 18 kg.
