Sandwich Mounts comes from Vishwaraj Rubber Industries. In industrial machines and manufacturing the cutback of vibration production and vibration release play an important part in the process of plant and machinery in factory. The steady development in machine performance over recent years has usually been accompanied by improved speeds and cutting rates. Vishwaraj Sandwich Mounts are rubber to metal bonded anti vibration mounts. A combination of rubbers is used, generally loaded in a shear and compression to achieve the most effective levels of vibration isolation and to ensure long life for the mounts and machinery mounted on them. These mounts are available in five models each in two ranges: VSME1 A, B, C, D and E, and VSME2 A, B, C, D and E. Each model comes in different colour, and the total load bearing capacity ranges from 40 kg to 800 kg. The company offers a range of anti-vibration mounts. This includes: precision wedge mounts, anti vibration mounts, insulation plates, levelling wedges and elements, rubber bellows (air spring) for actuators and isolators and bolt on wedge mounts.
